- This course is designed to enable the students to define and put into practice the concept of good customer service. The goals of good customer service as well as the do's and don'ts of customer service practices. The students will also understand the policies of a company (i.e. store) that provide good customer service.

Customer Service Instructional Methods
The Customer Service Program is offered as an-class training program inclusive of various methods of instruction , such as video training, interactive activities, and Role playing. The student will be required to complete 36 contact hours to receive a certificate of Completion. The student will be required to attend class 3hrs. twice weekly for six weeks.

COST OF APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM Related Information: Student will receive hourly wage for attending training.
Total cost for 24 weeks $3065.00 (144 hrs.)
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Students are allowed three days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, in which to cancel the enrollment agreement and receive full refund of all monies paid. The Cancellation period begins on the date the student and the school sign the enrollment agreement.
